We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, supplement bottles must be unopened, in their original condition, and in their original packaging with tags/labels, and be of merchantable quality. Please note, you will need to cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@gutbrush.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you notice any defects, damage, missing items, or if you have received the wrong product. We will review the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.

Canceling Orders
Please ensure all details are correct at the time of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, it is not possible to change any parts of the order.
