How to use?

GutBrush® blend is recommended to drink 30-50 minutes before a meal. Additionally drink 200-300 ml of water (if drinking insuffcient fluids).

Pour 200-300ml of room temperature water onto 1 measuring spoon (20ml), stir, then stir again after 3-5 minutes and drink. Drink 2-3 times per day.

You can mix GutBrush® dietary fibre with juices, yoghurt, fruit or vegetable smoothies.
